Ab sofort nehmen wir Bewerbungen für 2025 entgegen! - Wir freuen uns auf Deine Bewerbung für die Trainer Challenge. 

Wie kannst Du Dich bewerben?

  1. Hier findest Du die offiziellen Bewerbungsunterlagen für das MUSTANG MAKEOVER GERMANY.

  2. Du hast am 30.-31.08.2025 Zeit! Der Flugtermin und weitere Daten folgen zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt.
  3. Deine Bewerbung muss per Post an: ms marketing CONSULT GmbH, Am Waldrand 19, 65232 Taunusstein (Deutschland), Bewerbungen per E-Mail werden i.d.R. nicht entgegen genommen.
  4. Deine Bewerbung muss immer verschiedene Videos, Fotos und Informationen enthalten.

Was muss Deine Bewerbung enthalten?

  1. Ein Vorstellungsvideo (max. 3 Minuten), in dem Du zeigst, wer Du bist und was Du machst.
  2. Ein Trainingsvideo (max. 10 Minuten), in dem Du zeigst, wie Du mit einem Dir fremden Pferd an einem "Problem" arbeitest. Das bedeutet, Du suchst Dir zum Beispiel ein Pferd eines Freundes und übst mit diesem Pferd etwas, dass diesem Pferd Probleme bereitet (Satteln, Plane, Anhänger, etc.). Dieses Training kommentierst und erklärst Du.
  3. Deine Qualifikationen: Bitte fülle die Bewerbungsunterlagen aus und beantworte die Fragen wahrheitsgemäß.
  4. Zusätzlich freuen wir uns über 3-10 Fotos, die Dich und Deine Arbeit mit den Pferden zeigen.
  5. Deine Bewerbung wird per Post geschickt, dazu solltest Du den passenden Umschlag verwenden und Videos und Fotos auf einen USB-Stick ziehen oder eine CD brennen.

Welche Voraussetzungen brauchst Du?

  1. Du bist mindestens 18 Jahre (zu Beginn der Trainer Challenge).
  2. Du hast bereits mehrere Pferde trainiert bzw. ausgebildet
  3. Ansonsten musst Du uns in Deinen Bewerbungsvideos von Dir überzeugen!

Was passiert, nachdem Du Dich bei uns beworben hast?

  1. Du erhältst eine kurze Bestätigung darüber, dass Deine Bewerbung eingegangen ist.
  2. Sobald die Bewerbungsphase beendet ist, werden alle Bewerbungen gesichtet.
  3. Die Sichtung der Bewerbung wird in mehrere Phasen unterteilt. Erhältst Du keine Nachricht von uns, bist Du immer noch dabei.
  4. Eventuell fordern wir noch einmal Video-Material nach, sollte es in die engere Auswahl gehen.
  5. Am Ende dieser Auswahl stehen die Trainer der nächsten Trainer Challenge fest!

Wie werden die Teilnehmer der Trainer Challenge ausgewählt?

  1. Wir beurteilen die eingesendeten Videos und Infos.
  2. Wichtig ist uns, dass Du erklären kannst, was und warum Du etwas tust oder nicht tust. Du solltest Dein Training gut beschreiben können. 
  3. Der Pro-Pferd-Gedanke steht bei uns immer im Vordergrund! Deshalb sollte Dein Video uns auch von Deinem Pro-Pferd-Gedanken überzeugen!
  4. Alle Teilnehmer, die eine "Runde" weiter kommen, werden von uns kontaktiert, falls wir mehr Informationen benötigen.

Was musst Du beachten, wenn Du Dich bewerben möchtest?

  1. Du solltest einiges an Pferdeerfahrung mitbringen!
  2. Der Mustang kann nicht in der Box gehalten werden und braucht (sobald er an den Zaun gewöhnt ist) Kontakt zu anderen Pferden.
  3. Der Mustang ist (fast) wild und nur leicht antrainiert, bitte schätze Dich auch selbst gut ein, ob Du bereits dafür bereit bist!
  4. Das MUSTANG MAKEOVER übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für Schäden, die der Teilnehmer verursacht oder erleidet. Du solltest daher über einen entsprechenden Versicherungsschutz verfügen.
  5. Der Mustang darf nur mit Heu, Weide, Heucobs, Luzerne, Luzerne Cobs und nach Absprache mit entsprechendem Zusatzfutter versorgt werden.

Welche Kosten entstehen für Dich und wirst Du am Verkauf des Mustangs beteiligt? 

  1. Der Mustang wird Dir in der Zeit der Trainer Challenge (ca. 4 Monate) zur Verfügung gestellt.
  2. Die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt 500€.
  3. In dieser Zeit trägst Du die Kosten für die Versorgung und Unterbringung Deines Mustangs.
  4. Du bist während der gesamten Zeit für "Deinen" Mustang verantwortlich!
  5. Auch Behandlungen, wie Hufpflege oder Zahnbehandlungen werden von Dir getragen.
  6. Du wirst am Auktionserlös Deines Mustangs beteiligt und kannst ein Preisgeld gewinnen.
  7. Im Gegenzug erhältst Du viel Aufmerksamkeit auf unseren Social Media Kanälen und hast die Chance mit anderen tollen Trainern ein Wegbegleiter eines Mustangs zu sein. 

Kannst Du Dich, wenn Du nicht genommen wurdest, im nächsten Jahr noch einmal bewerben?

Natürlich kannst Du Dich wieder bewerben. In der Zwischenzeit, kannst Du weiter an Deinem Training arbeiten und die Pferde noch besser kennenlernen. Suche Dir immer wieder neue Herausforderungen mit den Pferden, arbeite an Deinen Trainingsmethoden und schicken uns neue Videos zu!

 

 

 

 

How can you apply?

  3. Your application must be sent by mail to us: ms marketing CONSULT GmbH, Am Waldrand 19, 65232 Taunusstein (Germany); applications by e-mail will not be accepted!
  4. Your application must always include various videos, photos and information!

What must your application contain?

  1. An introduction video (max. 3 minutes) in which you show who you are and what you do.
  2. A training video (max. 10 minutes) in which you show how you work on a "problem" with a horse you don't know. This means, for example, that you find a horse of a friend and practice with this horse something that causes problems for this horse (saddle, trailer,...). You comment and explain your training!
  3. Your qualifications: Please fill out the application form and answer the questions truthfully.
  4. In addition we would be happy to receive 3-10 photos, showing you and your work with the horses. 
  5. Your application will be sent by mail, you should use the appropriate envelope and burn videos and photos onto a USB or CD. Do not send the application by e-mail!

What requirements do you need?

  1. You are at least 18 years old (at the beginning of the Trainer Challenge).
  2. You have already trained several horses!
  3. You have to convince us of yourself in your application videos! (the videos should be german or english!)

What happens after you have applied to us? 

  1. You will receive a short confirmation that your application has been received.
  2. As soon as the application phase is over, all applications will be reviewed.
  3. The review of the application is divided into several phases. If you do not receive a message from us, you are still in the process.
  4. We may ask for video material again if we are unsure about something. 
  5. At the end of the selection the trainers for the next Trainer Challenge will be determined!

How are the participants of the Trainer Challenge selected? 

  1. We judge the submitted videos and information.
  2. It is important to us that you can explain what and why you are doing or not doing something! You should be able to describe your training well.
  3. The pro-horse idea is always in the foreground! Therefore your video should convince us of your pro-horse-idea!
  4. We will contact all participants, who are one "round" further, if we need more information.

What do you have to consider if you want to apply?

  1. You should have a really good horse experience!
  2. The Mustang cannot be kept in the box and needs contact to other horses (as soon as they are used to the fence).
  3. The Mustang is (almost) wild and only slightly trained, so please judge yourself if your are ready for it!
  4. The MUSTANG MAKEOVER assumes no liability for any damage that the participant tries or suffers. You should therefore have appropriate insurance coverage.
  5. The Mustang may only be provided with hay, haylage, pasture, hay cobs, alfalfa, alfalfa cobs and, by arrangement, with appropriate supplementary feed. 

What costs do you incur and will you be involved in the sale of the mustang? 

  1. The mustang will be made available to you during the Trainer Challenge (approx. 4 month).
  2. During this time you bear the costs for the supply and accommodation of your mustang.
  3. You are responsible for "your" mustang during the whole time.
  4. Also treatments, like hoof care or dental treatments are carried by you!
  5. You will participate in the proceeds of the auction.

If your were not accepted, can you apply again next year? 

Of course you can apply again. In the meantime, you can continue working on your training and get to know the horses even better. Keep looking for new challenges with the horses, work on your training methods and send us new videos!
